【User Guide】How to Apply, Payment, and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for considering a private tour with Travel Thread.
We have summarized the flow from booking to the day of the tour, as well as important commitments.


1. Flow of Reservation

Reservations are accepted through our dedicated form. Please note that we only accept one group per day, and it will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

  1. Availability Check: Select your desired date from the calendar
  2. Application: Enter the required information and submit
  3. Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation from the guide within 24 hours (this is when your reservation will be confirmed)

2. About Payment Methods

To enhance customer convenience, we support the following payment methods (subject to change).

  • Credit card payment (prepayment)
  • Bank transfer (for corporate clients, etc.)

3. Cancellation Policy (Important)

We prepare and conduct field inspections for one group of customers per day. In case of cancellation due to customer circumstances, the following cancellation fees will apply.

7 days to 2 days before 30%
1 day before 50%
Same-day cancellation without notice 100%

※No cancellation fee will be incurred for cancellations due to adverse weather conditions as determined by the guide.
