These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") set forth the conditions for using the services provided by Tabinoito (hereinafter referred to as "the Company").

These terms shall apply to all relationships regarding the use of this service between the user and our company.

Article 2 (Registration for Use)

In this service, the registration applicant shall apply for registration of use in accordance with the method specified by our company after agreeing to these terms, and the registration shall be completed upon approval by our company.

Users must not engage in the following acts when using this service.

Article 4 (Suspension of Service Provision, etc.)

Our company may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of this service without prior notice to the user if it determines that any of the following reasons exist.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

Our company shall not be liable for any transactions, communications, or disputes that arise between users and other users or third parties regarding this service.

Article 6 (Changes to Service Content)

We may change the content of this service or discontinue its provision without notifying users, and we shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users as a result.

Article 7 (Changes to Terms of Service)

We may change these terms at any time without notifying users if we deem it necessary.

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

The interpretation of these terms shall be governed by Japanese law. In the event of a dispute regarding this service, the court having jurisdiction over our head office location shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Article 9 (Service Provision and Vehicle Movement)

This travel is a domestically solicited group travel based on regional limited travel business and is a commissioned planning travel. Movement during the itinerary will be conducted using vehicles owned by the guide as ancillary support to effectively provide sightseeing services. It is not intended for mere transportation between points (taxi service).
