| Cancellation and changes |
In case of cancellation or changes due to customer circumstances, the following cancellation fees will apply. ・Up to 14 days before the tour date: Free ・From 13 days to 7 days before the tour date: 20% of the tour price ・From 6 days to 2 days before the tour date: 30% of the tour price ・The day before the tour date: 40% of the tour price ・On the day of the tour: 50% of the tour price ・No-contact cancellation: 100% of the tour price *In case the tour is canceled due to bad weather or other reasons at our discretion, no cancellation fee will apply. |
| Refunds |
The amount after deducting the cancellation fee will be transferred to your specified account. The transfer fee will be borne by the customer. Refunds will generally be made within 7 business days after the cancellation is accepted. |

| Itinerary management | Itinerary management will be conducted by our company. A tour manager will accompany you during the tour. |
| Travel Insurance |
For your safety, we will guide you to enroll in travel insurance (Sompo Japan 1-night 2-day coverage). This is included in the tour price. |
