| Cancellation and changes |
In case of cancellation or changes due to customer circumstances, the following cancellation fees will be charged. ・Up to 14 days before the tour date: Free ・From 13 days to 7 days before the tour date: 20% of the tour price ・From 6 days to 2 days before the tour date: 30% of the tour price ・The day before the tour date: 40% of the tour price ・On the day of the tour: 50% of the tour price ・No-show cancellation: 100% of the tour price ※ If the tour is canceled due to weather conditions or other reasons at our discretion, no cancellation fee will be charged. |
| Refund policy |
For credit card payments: The amount after deducting the cancellation fee will be refunded to the card. The refund process will be completed within 7 business days after cancellation acceptance (it may take a few more days to reflect depending on the card company's processing). For bank transfers: The amount after deducting the cancellation fee will be transferred to the specified account. Transfer fees will be borne by the customer. Refunds will generally be processed within 7 business days after cancellation acceptance. |
