【User Guide】How to Apply, Payment, and Cancellation Policy

1. Flow of Booking

We accept requests through our dedicated form. Please note that we only accommodate one group per day, and reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis.

1. Availability check: Select your desired date from the calendar
2. Application: Enter the required information and submit
3. Confirmation: The guide will contact you within 24 hours to confirm (this is when your booking will be finalized)

2. Payment methods

To enhance customer convenience, we support the following payment methods (subject to change).

• Credit card payment (prepayment)
• Bank transfer (for corporations, etc.)

3. Cancellation policy (important)

We prepare and scout the field for one group of customers per day. In case of cancellation due to customer circumstances, we will charge a cancellation fee as follows.

※No cancellation fee will be incurred for cancellations due to adverse weather conditions as determined by the guide.
