1. Reservation Process

We accept applications through our dedicated form on this site. Please note that we only accommodate one group per day, and reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis.

  1. Availability check: Select your desired date from the calendar
  2. Application: Enter the required information and submit
  3. Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation from the guide within 24 hours (this will confirm your booking)

2. About payment methods

To enhance customer convenience, we support the following payment methods (subject to change).

  • Credit card payment (prepayment)
  • Bank transfer (for corporations, etc.)

3. Cancellation policy (important)

We prepare and scout the field for one group of customers per day. In case of cancellation due to customer circumstances, the following cancellation fees will apply.
