【User Guide】How to Apply, Payment, and Cancellation Policy

1. Flow of Booking

We accept applications through our dedicated form on this site. Please note that we only accept one group per day, and it will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

1. Availability check: Select your desired date from the calendar
2. Application: Fill in the required information and submit
3. Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation call from the guide within 24 hours (this will confirm your booking)

2. Payment methods

To enhance customer convenience, we support the following payment methods (subject to change).

• Credit card payment (prepayment)
• Bank transfer (for corporations, etc.)

3. Cancellation policy (important)

We prepare and conduct field surveys for one group of customers per day. In case of cancellation due to customer circumstances, we will charge a cancellation fee as follows.

※No cancellation fee will be incurred for cancellations due to adverse weather conditions as determined by the guide.
