1. Criteria for deciding whether to hold the tour
In principle, we will hold the event if "safety can be ensured even in rain or snow". In winter at Urabandai, it is not uncommon for beautiful scenery to unfold the moment the blizzard stops. However, we may suggest cancellation or changes in content for safety in the following cases.
- If a "storm warning" or "heavy snow warning" has been issued for the relevant area by the Meteorological Agency
- If the guide determines that the field conditions (fallen branches, sudden temperature drops, poor visibility, etc.) are dangerous
- If public transportation is suspended or major roads are closed
2. Timing and Judgment for Cancellation
The decision will generally be made by "7 PM the day before", and we will contact you directly via LINE or phone. However, since mountain weather can change rapidly, there may be a final decision made on the morning of the event. In such cases, we will also contact you promptly to ensure that your valuable time is not wasted.
3. Proposal of "Plan B" due to Weather

Because it is a completely private tour, we can provide optimal "alternatives" on the spot, such as shortening the course according to the weather or switching to a relatively calm beech forest walk.
