In principle, we will hold the tour if "safety can be ensured even in rain or snow". In winter in Urabandai, it is not uncommon for beautiful scenery to unfold the moment the blizzard stops. However, in the following cases, we may suggest cancellation or changes for safety reasons.
- If a "storm warning" or "heavy snow warning" has been issued for the relevant area by the Meteorological Agency
- If the guide determines that there is danger due to field conditions (fallen branches, sudden temperature drops, poor visibility, etc.)
- If public transportation is suspended or major roads are closed
2. Timing and criteria for cancellation notification
The decision will generally be made by "7 PM the day before", and we will contact you directly via LINE or phone. However, since mountain weather can change rapidly, there may be cases where the final decision is made on the morning of the day. In such cases, we will also communicate promptly to avoid wasting your valuable time.
3. Proposal of "Plan B" due to weather

Because it is a completely private tour, we can provide the best "alternative plans" on the spot, such as shortening the course according to the weather or switching to a relatively gentle stroll through the beech forest.
