Fukushima, known for its sake. We will tour a traditional sake brewery nestled in the mountains.
※ Sake brewing is delicate. Please refrain from eating natto starting 10 days before the visit.

A beautiful village with thatched roofs completely covered in snow.

Aizu's local cuisine at a long-established restaurant

Speaking of Aizu, there's kozuyu, herring with sansho, and dried cod.
Nowadays, there are fewer places where you can enjoy these dishes.

Aizuwakamatsu Tsuruga Castle

In 2011, it was re-roofed from black tiles to red tiles from the late Edo period, becoming the only red-tiled castle tower in Japan.
