| Cancellation and Changes |
In case of cancellation or changes due to customer convenience, the following cancellation fees will apply. ・Up to 14 days before the tour date: Free ・From 13 days to 7 days before the tour date: 20% of the tour price ・From 6 days to 2 days before the tour date: 30% of the tour price ・The day before the tour date: 40% of the tour price ・On the day of the tour: 50% of the tour price ・No-show cancellation: 100% of the tour price ※In case of cancellation due to bad weather or other reasons at our discretion, no cancellation fee will be charged. |
| Refund Policy |
The amount after deducting the cancellation fee will be transferred to your specified account. The transfer fee will be borne by the customer. Refunds will generally be made within 7 business days after the cancellation is accepted. |
