Toko Sake Brewery

Toko is a sake brewed by Kojima Sohonten, which was founded in the Azuchi-Momoyama period in Yonezawa City, Yamagata Prefecture, and later became the official sake supplier for the Uesugi clan. Kojima Sohonten is the sake brewery closest to the source of the Mogami River.
It is also a sake museum where you can enjoy sake tasting.
