Kokushimizu Hachiman Shrine

A historic site founded by Minamoto no Yoshiie, it houses the important cultural property of the country, the "Tōji Hachiman Shrine Chōchō," which conveys the history of medieval Aizu.
Located right next to the Tachiki Kannon, it is enveloped in the serene atmosphere of cedar groves that, as the name suggests, feels like it "cleanses the heart."
