Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") set forth the conditions for the use of the services provided by Thread of Travel (hereinafter referred to as "the Company").

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms shall apply to all relationships regarding the use of the services between the users and the Company.

Article 2 (Registration for Use)

In this service, the registration will be completed when the applicant for registration agrees to these terms and applies for registration in the manner specified by us, and we approve it.

Article 3 (Prohibited Acts)

Users must not engage in the following acts when using this service.

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Acts related to criminal activities
• Acts that destroy or interfere with the functions of our servers or networks
• Acts that may interfere with the operation of our services
• Acts of collecting or accumulating personal information about other users
• Other acts that we deem inappropriate

Article 4 (Suspension of Service Provision, etc.)

We may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of this service without prior notice to users if we determine that any of the following reasons exist.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

We shall not be liable for any transactions, communications, or disputes that arise between users and other users or third parties in relation to this service.

Article 6 (Changes to Service Content, etc.)

We may change the content of this service or discontinue the provision of this service without notifying users, and we shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users as a result.

Article 7 (Changes to Terms of Use)

We may change these terms at any time without notifying users if we deem it necessary.

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

The governing law for the interpretation of these terms shall be Japanese law. In the event of a dispute regarding this service, the court with exclusive jurisdiction shall be the one located at our head office.

Article 9 (Service Provision and Vehicle Movement)

This trip is a domestic recruitment-type planned trip and an order-type planned trip conducted based on region-limited travel business. Transportation during the itinerary will be conducted using vehicles owned by the guide as ancillary support to effectively provide the service of sightseeing guidance. It is not intended for mere transportation between points (taxi service).
