In addition to paid tours, there are shops and cafes, making it a fun facility for comparing wines, liqueurs, and ciders.
 

Starting with Yamazakura Sake Brewery, which obtained a whiskey license in 1946 (Showa 21), the history as a sake brewery exceeds 300 years.
There were difficult times due to rice shortages after the war, but with the influx of Western culture, whiskey production became active.
It offers popular brands of Japanese whiskey.

A representative confection of "Kanno-ya".
It is made by wrapping sweet red bean paste in thinly stretched dough and steaming it, symbolizing a crane spreading its wings, which is considered auspicious.
The chewy texture of the yubeshi dough, seasoned with soy sauce and sugar, matches perfectly with its exquisite sweet and salty flavor.

It is said that a green curry themed around the color green was developed because it is the hometown of the popular group "GReeeN".
While typical green curries derive their color from herbs and green chili peppers, Koriyama green curry is characterized by the use of local green and yellow vegetables such as spinach, komatsuna, and broccoli in a paste.
